Billing Services

Taking the time to do your own billing is possible - but do you WANT to do it? I am here to help! I am a clinician that has spent the last several years billing for not only other mental health clinicians, but also nurse practitioners, and medical offices! I am located in Florida, but I bill across all states, so multi-state licensure is no big deal!

Pricing depends on several factors involving volume of billing: number of sessions, number of practitioners, number of insurances, and number of states. That being said, typically, I charge between 6% and 10% for “average” practices based on those factors! Payment is the agreed percentage and is calculated based on that percentage of the dollar amount collected (what was billed/charged).

What my billing service includes:

  • Verification of client benefits

  • Documentation of copayment/coinsurance client owes in EHR

  • Weekly claim submission

  • Weekly copay/coinsurance/private pay billing via EHR

  • Weekly/monthly follow up phone calls with respective insurance companies for rejected claims

  • Weekly progress email sent to you (as the practice owner/manager)

  • It's easy! You let me know what exactly it is you are looking for, we agree on a price, and I send you the agreement to sign. After that, you sit back, relax, and do what you do best - while I handle all of the nitty gritty's of billing that you don't want to be bothered with!

  • Nothing is set in stone, and I am flexible! What this means is - if you'd like to integrate me into the practice so that I can reach out to client's directly regarding billing issues; that's great! If you don't, that's okay too! My job is to make yours easier! So if you have any questions, or suggestions - I am always open to hearing them!
